Write for your Mind

Tap into your subconscious. Writing for wellbeing exercises to understand yourself better, release emotions and feel empowered.

Similar to journaling, writing for wellbeing is sometimes called therapeutic and reflective writing. It is another way of accessing our subconscious mind to better understand ourselves, release difficult emotions and empower us to move forward.

I'll invite you to engage with a series of prompts and exercises with time to respond to each one. Ground rules will be provided and some guidance, but there's also a lot of freedom. It’s all about the process, not the content.
