The events of of the last few years have left us feeling very unsteady. It's all too easy to put things off, put others first, or find unhelpful distractions.

Well I can help you feel like you again, I've got your back on the journey to empowerment, to take control of your life.

I especially (but not exclusively) like to support creative people with anxiety, stress, procrastination, motivation, resilience, self-esteem/confidence, self care, imposter syndrome, fears, sleep issues etc.

Coaching can help anyone with a wide range of presenting issues so if you’re unsure about anything, please just ask.


How does Coaching work?

Using a solution focused approach, we will explore questions and prompts to unveil where you want to be/what you want to do in life. I'll be there to spur you on in challenging but reassuring ways.

Most importantly, these sessions are a safe space for you.
