These are available for anyone, anywhere who wants to find simple ways to relax, to understand themselves and their habits more, to feel better than they have recently or simply wants to add another tool to their kit. We all have mental health and need to take care of ourselves, particularly in these very challenging times. I love to share my growing knowledge with other people to provide support and inspiration.

Most of my sessions can be adapted to run as one hour overviews or sets of weekly classes on a timetable to suit you. I run them for community or special interest groups, the general public, schools, businesses and anyone else who would benefit. Are you in need of some motivation and inspiration to kick an unwanted habit? Do you wish you could lose some weight or develop a better relationship with exercise and fitness? Have you got items on your to-do list that have been there forever? If the answer is yes, then this is for you.

Whatever you want to achieve, these sessions are a supportive space to help you find personal solutions to get you there in small steps. We will focus on positive psychology and accountability to beat procrastination so you can feel good about yourself (again.)

Relaxation Techniques

Monday 12th September, 7:30pm - 8:30pm

Do you struggle with stress and/or anxiety? Are you looking for a break from your otherwise hectic life? Would you like some new tools to help you cope better in these uncertain times? If the answer is yes, then this is for you.

Each session is a supportive environment in which to learn how to use our abilities as collective human beings, and as wonderful unique individuals, to find calm and rest in creative ways. Includes optional group discussion and finishes with a gentle guided relaxation.

Words That Move

Tuesday 20th September, 7:00pm - 9:00pm

Are you interested in a unique, therapeutic way to relieve stress and anxiety? Would you like another tool to help you process, explore and release uncomfortable emotions? Did you know writing and journaling are known to dramatically improve wellbeing?  Words move from our brain, through our hands to paper, they move from our subconscious into consciousness. They can move us emotionally through poetry, novels, films and TV, songs, advertising etc. Words are a powerful vehicle for personal growth, fresh perspective and creative exploration.  Come along and find out how they help you through gentle prompts in this healing and inspiring session.
