What is Hypnotherapy?

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is based in Solution Focused Brief Therapy uses techniques from Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

It is a safe, powerful therapeutic tool which can be used to break a negative cycle. Using neuroscience, deep relaxation, guided visualisation and relaxed conversational coaching techniques, I will support you to:

  • move forward
  • get in the mind-set to achieve your goals
  • rid yourself of unwanted habits
  • feel calmer
  • more confident
  • remind yourself of just how great you are
  • utilise the abilities, strengths and resources you already have

Because this is about finding solutions in the present, we do not necessarily need to talk about past experiences.

It is not the Hypnosis used for entertainment (often seen on stage) rest assured, will not have ideas ‘planted’ in your subconscious to do strange or embarrassing things. I am not here to make suggestions, tell you what to do or judge you in any way.

Most importantly, these sessions are confidential and a safe space for you.
