Well.. I don't know about you but I'm wondering where most of 2024 has gone.
The last six months have been a bit of a rollercoaster for me. Two family bereavements, my sister's wedding to name a few huge life events. I've had to focus on my own needs and practice what I preach. In this way, I can be at my best to support others.
Unwind & Uplift has had a little bit of re-route in this time. It's now more of a discovery based approach to managing stress and anxiety. I support clients to create a map of your wellbeing journey for calm and positivity.
Here are the updated paths
Golden Hour This session focuses on your most essential wellbeing needs. I'm here to listen, bounce ideas off and guide you onto the right path. It can be:
• An opportunity to talk through any mental health issues you’re experiencing • Answering specific questions around stress, anxiety and positive change • Trying out a new tool to add to your kit (hypnotherapy, coaching, guided relaxation, writing for wellbeing) • Reviewing your current coping methods and exploring potential new ones • Brainstorming solutions for problems or creative blocks
Illuminate These sessions are for you to shine a light on the resources you already have. Using a positive, solution focused approach, we will work as a team to explore how you want things to be. I'll be there to spur you on in challenging, fun and reassuring ways. Together, we'll find solutions in your present so you can create the future you want.
Mind Massages
Guided relaxation and visualisation for inner peace and calm. From the comfort of your own home. Simply sit or lie down in a comfortable position, close your eyes and allow me to be your guide. I'll talk you through some mindful visualisations and peaceful imagery. (Please note: this is not a physical massage but your body will also benefit from relaxation.)
