Similar to journaling, also called therapeutic and reflective writing. This is another way of accessing our subconscious mind in order to understand ourselves better, release difficult emotions and empower us to move forward.

There are a series of prompts and exercises you are invited to engage with and time to respond to them. Ground rules will be provided and some guidance, but there's also a lot of freedom. It’s about the process not the content.
